TBB is a volunteer organization that relies on our members giving their time to support our city and club. If you have interest in the areas below, please contact the corresponding group leader to get involved. If you want to help out but are not sure which team could use your services, send an email to info@TBBattalion.com, and we will get you signed up where we need the most help. Here are the TBB volunteer groups:
Tifo Team: You do NOT need to be an artist to take part in this team, and most of us are not. We need help coming up with tifo concepts that support our boys, creating an awesome design, gathering supplies, setting up and helping deploy the tifo in the TBB section at home matches.
Gameday Ops: The TBB will call booth and section don't function without a lot of help. We need volunteers to arrive at the stadium up to 3 hours prior to kickoff to setup the will call booth and hand out tickets, scarves and TBB merchandise. Gameday Ops is also responsible for setting up the section by hanging the TBB banner and flags, blocking off the drum area and acting as ushers.
Community Outreach: TBB is more than supporting Republic for 90 minutes. We are also an active part of this community. Throughout the year we participate in various fundraisers, charity events, pub crawls and other social gatherings and community events. If you would like to help with the planning, promoting and executing of these events, email us!
Drums/Capos: All of our drummers and capos can't make it to every match. We are always looking for talented drummers and passionate capos to make our section as loud as possible. If you're interested in being a drummer or capo, please email us!
Member Recruitment: We need volunteers to help us spread the word about about TBB and share our passion and excitement for Republic FC with the uninitiated. We're looking for as many members as possible to attend events in the area to tell people about TBB, whether they are Republic fans yet or not.
