TBB Executive Board Election Nominations
/Greetings TBB,
As promised, we are now accepting nominations for the redesigned Tower Bridge Battalion Executive Board election. Please see the details regarding the structure and position descriptions below. If you are interested in becoming a candidate, please email info@tbbattalion.com by February 5th with a photo of yourself, your contact info and answers to the following questions:

The redesigned TBB Executive Board structure: The TBB Executive Board will increase from three to five positions and terms will be for two years. The two new director positions will be up for election in early February. The previous three directors will continue to be filled by Matteo Cascio, Meghan Dendorfer and Dan Colby. These three positions will then be up for election next year. Following the election and in collaboration with the two new directors, the specific roles within the Executive Board will be finalized and the TBB bylaw revisions will be completed.
TBB Executive Board position description: The TBB Executive Board is charged with overseeing all aspects of TBB and setting out strategic objectives. As such, it is a significant time commitment throughout the two-year term. Directors of the Execute Board are expected to meet at least monthly to discuss TBB business and conduct voting on issues as needed. Frequent (weekly and even daily) contributions are also expected depending on the schedule of events and the required planning/preparation. The Executive Board supervises TBB committees and appoints committee chairs. Directors of the Executive Board can also serve as committee chairs or committee members. This includes but is not limited to gameday operations, tifo, drum/band, merchandise, finance, community outreach, member relations, and communication committees.
